Very little sunlight

It's very underutilized due to lack of concept and because we need at least two things to happen. We need mosquito curtains installed on the overhang external to the pillars, and we need better lighting in the space, and we need to somehow create an open-able communication between the kitchen and the patio for food serving purposes.

We'd like to work in an Arteriors chandelier that we already own but have never used. We have already purchased a CB2 large fuze table (concrete table) and large matching bench that need to be part of the plan. We're not attached to anything else in the space.

We chose "neutral" for the feel of the room because neither feminine nor masculine is the correct word. We want the space to have a romantic, inviting feel. Because it will be the first thing that people see when they walk in the house, it needs to have a "show piece" quality to the design.

-- We definitely need mosquito curtains/mosquito protection for when we're actually using the space.
-- Ceiling fans can be kept, changed or gotten rid of entirely.
-- We would like an area rug(s) for the space between the columns and the three windows.
-- We like the idea of lanterns/candles both tabletop and hanging.
-- We want to be able to communicate into the kitchen for food service purposes (we entertain a lot).
-- The flood light that you see in the overhang external to the pillars can be changed to anything, or we can get rid of it entirely because we never use it.
