Contemporary Farmhouse with Indian Touches

Budget: budget for just the living/dining and master bedroom should be around $45,000, since I will do a guest room, office, and a few other small things on my own. This isn't a hard limit; if I manage to furnish the guest room, office, and other areas (closets) for less than I have planned, I may be able to increase the budget for the living/dining + master bedroom. Separately from the $45,000, I also have reserved $2k reserved for linens and random kitchen items, and $15k-$20k I've estimated for window treatments (for the whole house). If I include those things my total budget is around $62,500 or so.

Scope: My wife and I are building a new home, it should be done sometime between mid-September and early November. The house is being built and finished in a modern farmhouse style. The fixtures/finishes and appliances for the home have all been selected by the builder and there's not much scope to change any of that. So the focus of this project is just on furnishing the home. I'd also like help with window treatments. I primarily want help furnishing the living/dining areas.

In terms of resources for the designer, I can provide the full design package for the house and all of the CAD (.dwg) files.

Our style is generally contemporary, and while we tend to like some modern and scandinavian elements, we would like everything to work well with the modern farmhouse aesthetic of the house and fixtures, so are fine leaning into that a bit. My wife is also from Delhi, India, so integrating some subtle Indian touches such as some rattan or a diya (https://www.goodearth.in/catalogue/anjalidiya_2528/), would be great. In general we want the living room to be warm and inviting.

In the living room, my wife also loves the idea of chesterfield sofas in the living room and a couple sleek/modern recliners, but she's also open to other items. eg we really love the look of the leather italia sofas from Restoration Hardware; we are just unsure if we want to spend that much for two of them and feel that the construction of that sofa is not great for the high price (it uses a webbed support). We also prefer leather for the sofas.

In general we value quality of the pieces highly. This doesn't necessarily mean high price; for example there are a number of sofas from Crate and Barrel, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, and Room and Board that we feel are better quality than the Restoration Hardware sofas. For tables, nightstands, consoles, sideboards, etc. this usually means that we strongly prefer solid hardwood construction vs the use of engineered wood, MDF and wood veneers. We're going for pieces that are going to last, look great, and aren't unnecessarily expensive. But we generally will spend a little more for a better quality piece, especially for items we expect to use heavily.
