Modern Elegant Living/Dining and Kitchen Design

We have an open kitchen/dining/living area we would like designed.

We currently in a full house remodel/expansion. To start, we are looking to get design help on our open living area. Please see attached floor plan (the area highlighted in yellow is what we would like to start with). Since this area is large with very few walls, we would like everything to tie in together so it looks like 1 continuous space, while still creating interest.

Our design style is modern, glam, minimal. We like greys, black, white, metals (silvers/golds), some natural wood, greenery.

Kitchen: We already purchased subzero appliances. We like flat panel cabinets (white or black), with perhaps some natural wood shelving. Countertops either solid white, white with grey veins, or dark grey.

Living Room: Low profile couch; TV will be mounted on fireplace (fireplace is 2-sided). Perhaps an accent wall on wall adjacent to Bedroom #3.

Bar: Along wall adjacent to Bath #3. Low chairs/seating in front of the bar wall.

Dining: Dining table in open space. Open to a low-profile chandelier (our ceilings are not too high).

Breakfast Nook: TV mounted on wall adjacent to Laundry. Considering making this area more of a kids hang out with a couch or table. Not showing on floorplan -- there is a 4' wall along wall adjacent to backyard (see PINK highlighter) where we would like built in shelving (lowers only). Our kids are 6 and 9 years old, so we do not need anything childish -- this would just be a smaller lounge area for them to watch tv or do homework in.

Flooring: Light or dark grey large tiles that look similar to concrete.

Note: Fireplace #2 has been REMOVED from our floorplan.
