1. A floor extension for a loft of 14 feet over the kitchen and dining
room. This is sort of a remodel to take a Mountain Cabin from 1970 to 2020.
This intents to add a media/TV or study space 20x14 but large enough to
use. It is open to the living room below.
2. We want to remodel the kitchen and have an island or not dividing the
kitchen from the dining area. Simple but a choice between an "L" kitchen
or retain a small island, perhaps facing the living room not the dining
room (i.e. 2-3 seats not 4-5) eliminating too many chairs in such a simple
space
3. We need to remodel two bathrooms but can start with one down stairs
4. We want to remodel the look and feel of the fire place like the examples
sent to you
4. Phase 2 -- Upstairs there is one bedroom with two doors because a middle
wall was taken out 40 years ago. We want to reinstall a non load bearing
wall They are small rooms but we want one to have a Queen bed and the
other side have 2 bunk beds (i.e.4 beds as in the example sent to you)
5. Phase 3 -- we have a basement that is unused. We want to excavate it
and make a full mud room. There is a door to a car port but no stairs
upward. We intend to make stairs going up from the mud room. We also want
to move the washer and dryer out of one of the bedroom closets and move it
to a small utility room near the mud room.
