It's a bit of an odd shape so trying to mask that/work with it to utilize the space wisely

What pieces of existing furniture, lighting, art or accessories do you want to keep in the design?:

For now we will probably keep the existing desk but may consider replacing it if a different desk allows for more seating area. We plan to remove the attached piece on the side and keep just the "main" desk portion and move it slightly farther back and into the corner.

Must have a desk in the reception area, don't need a television as wait times will be short. Should feel polished and professional but welcoming as this is the first impression of the space and business! The space is somewhat small but we want to maximize seating without it feeling too crowded
