We are hoping to have a very comfortable pet friendly fabric sectional in this space. We do not want leather. We are open to accent chairs and a low set table. Since this is an open space we want the living room, dining room and keeping room to all flow with one another as well as the kitchen.

I've attached a picture of what our kitchen will look like (except none of the upper cabinets will be bordered in black). I've also attached a few pictures of varying examples of the family/living room in the model home. We will be wanting a black fan hung from the middle of the ceiling as well as a 60-65" TV on the wall. The windows in this room will be black & fixed (not operable) as seen in the example photo (no sliding doors). The patio door I believe is black as well. The ceiling will not have any wood paneling but will be painted white. The walls will be painted white all over the house.

My Dining/Keeping Room

For the keeping room we like the 4 sleek chair look (open to varying fabrics or leather) with an ottoman or table. We will have a open vent fireplace that is all black brick (like the picture I provided) with no mantel.

For the dining room - we will have black sliding patio doors and all the windows will be black. Since this is an open space we want the living room, dining room and keeping room to all flow with one another as well as the kitchen. We imagine the dining table would not be able to accommodate more than 6-8 ppl. I think we prefer darker chairs to risk staining and want an easy to clean table that won't stain easily. We would love a more sleek dining table that's still functional.

We will be wanting a chandelier hung from the middle of the ceiling above the dining table. There will be sliding black patio doors next to the dining table and the patio entrance door is on the living room side. The windows in this room will be black & operable (so you will see the middle bar).
The walls will be painted white all over the house.
