- The living room is about 325 square feet. Hard to go in room to get dimensions right now.

- If any of the items shown at the items to keep area could be put into design plan, would be great. I got marble table wet. Can it be fixed as part is lighter? It was my grandmother’s. She also did needlepoint chair. The room was all in green from the 70’s and trying to get away from that. The picture of my brother and myself was above the piano but it was a different piano (wood) and looked good but it does not look good with this piano. Ideas where to put? Maybe hall area?

-Adjacent to living room where front door opens.

- Pictures from French doors that open from living room to family room. All living room furniture in family room so that’s why mess! I was thinking about reupholstering sofa since well made and super comfortable but style totally out of date, right? I do want a quality, comfortable sofa.

- I think only place for piano is against this back wall. Can you do something for foyer (where light is on) too?

Since your room gets plenty of sunlight your color options are quite broad.

For your main color, we chose to use yellow. As a joyful color, it is energizing and uplifting. Light yellows are less overpowering and make for a nice happy wall hue. Gold tones have an aura of luxury or they can be seen as antique.

Use an eggshell finish paint which has a very light touch of shine (similar texture to an eggshell as implied by its name). This finish is very often used for walls and is more durable and easier to clean than matte finish
